Good Vibes Vinyasa Flow
Good Vibes Vinyasa Flow allows for a lot of variety, so expect to move on your mat in ways that work for your body!
Cassie’s playful class combines the synchronisation of breath & the continuous flow of movement whilst you mindfully build both strength and balance on the yoga mat. With a focus on creative sun salutations and standing and seated postures, these classes will focus on getting you out of your head and into your body and your breath to kick start the day (modifications always available). As well as breathe and movement, expect great music and of course, good vibes.
